With over four decades of distinguished service in clinical hematology medical education, Dr. Padmos brings a wealth of expertise to Fenix Alma Solutions Inc. His career highlights include foundational contributions to the medical fields both domestically and internationally, notably in postgraduate medical education as the CEO of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Dr. Padmos’ tenure at the Royal College was marked by transformative initiatives such as “Competency By Design,” which modernized specialty residency training across Canada. His leadership extended globally through his work with Royal College Canada International, fostering significant advancements in medical education standards worldwide.
