Our “Why”

Woven throughout our posts is the message that we are passionate about this space, and our mission is to breathe new life into the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) market by launching VidaNovaVLE™. We have spoken about our expertise and experience and how we believe it to be unparalleled by any other vendor in this space. Our team members’ passion is core to what we do and WHY we do it. This post will share some of our team’s thoughts on our “Why”!

Your “Why” is a statement of purpose that describes why you do the work you do and why you live the lifestyle you do. It is your calling. It is your conviction. It is your mission statement. It is a vision of your life and work.

So, here are a few of our “Why”s:

“I have grown professionally and personally by working in this space for almost 20 years. That has helped me discover a passion for problem-solving and delivering the best solution for people who believe in me and our team. Doing so brings me great joy, primarily since the solutions we build help educate health sciences professionals that positively impact and, in many cases save, lives. Doing so while working with an amazing team that has each other’s back makes it even more enjoyable. Together, we will bring the best VLE to the space we know and love.”

“I find purpose and passion in my life by helping other people, and I also enjoy problem-solving and working with technology. With Fenix Alma Solutions Inc., I know I can do all those things using my skill set, which is very rewarding for me personally.”

“I find so much joy in serving others in a way that improves the quality of their daily lives. “I truly believe in what we’re doing and how we can reach more people worldwide, helping active and future health science professionals achieve their goals through an attractive and user-friendly system. I trust the leadership in the project, as well as the support from my teammates.

From the technical perspective, when I think about what I do, I think about security, innovation, and compatibility. We have a committed team with years of experience and strong communication skills. I’m not going to lie, sometimes I feel intimidated by how easy they make things look, and that’s the beauty of this, learning from amazing teammates while contributing to the project.

From the personal side, I think about freedom, about smiling while I do what I do, pulling all-nighters now and then pushing new content, and trying to figure out how things work because when you enjoy what you do, you don’t necessarily want to stop, you want to continue to see what you’re capable of while at the same time ensuring a healthy work-life balance.”

The Fenix Alma Solutions Inc. team and product, VidaNovaVLE™, is the perfect trifecta for me. First, we are building tools that make running health sciences programs more manageable and efficient, which helps to produce better healthcare providers. We are developing creative new tools to give our customers what they need to run their programs effectively. And lastly, we have an incredible team of passionate people who all care about the quality of the product and services we provide.
