We’re looking for a high-energy, relationship-focused Customer Success Manager who is passionate about health sciences education and enjoys helping institutions succeed. This is not a traditional customer support role. You’ll become a trusted advisor to our partners, helping them implement best practices, solve complex challenges, and strategically leverage VidaNovaVLE® to support their unique educational models and institutional goals.
You’ll work directly with academic leaders, faculty, curriculum teams, assessment offices, educational technology professionals, and institutional administrators, helping shape the future of health sciences education while playing a key role in the continued growth of one of the industry’s most innovative companies.

To be considered, applicants must have:
- A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience working within a health sciences education program and/or supporting or training users on health sciences education software.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Experience with Moodle is considered a significant asset.
Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience supporting undergraduate or postgraduate medical education (UGME/PGME) programs. Experience supporting other professional health sciences programs, including physician assistant, physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, pharmacy, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or public health, is also highly valued.
Applications that do not clearly demonstrate the required health sciences education experience will not be considered.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor for a portfolio of health sciences education partners.
- Build trusted relationships with academic leaders, curriculum offices, assessment teams, educational technology professionals, faculty, and institutional administrators.
- Advise partners on best practices, strategic implementation approaches, and innovative solutions tailored to their unique educational models and workflows.
- Help institutions optimize curriculum management, competency-based education, assessments, evaluations, clinical scheduling, accreditation processes, and reporting.
- Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, expansion, and long-term success.
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with our Product, Development, Training, and Implementation teams to ensure customer needs continue to shape the evolution of VidaNovaVLE®.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product recommendations.
- Become a trusted subject matter expert and advocate within the health sciences education community.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of professional experience working within health sciences education and/or training users on health sciences education software.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of educational workflows within higher education.
- Ability to manage multiple institutional relationships simultaneously.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Moodle.
- Experience supporting undergraduate or postgraduate medical education.
- Experience supporting competency-based education (CBME/CBE), curriculum management, assessment, accreditation, or clinical education workflows.
- Experience implementing or supporting enterprise software within higher education.
- Experience presenting to institutional leadership and facilitating strategic planning discussions.
